Eggs Are useful source of protein ,iodine and vitamins. There are many types of eggs in  shops. Hen eggs ,duck eggs, goose eggs ,quail eggs and gull eggs ,but hen eggs are most popular all of them. Quail eggs are small with dark speckled shell. Duck eggs are larger than hen eggs and more richer in flavor. Goose eggs and ostrich eggs are also bigger . Gulls eggs are not widely available in market. Some people store their eggs at room temperature and some in refrigerator. Is there any harm in refrigerating? No ,all not Eggs are one of the versatile item that we utilize in different ways. Sometime with simple ingredients, we can make delicious food. Eggs are really useful item of our food and our kitchen.



Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.
